Delivery day!

Today we drove around Swaziland delivering Sukumani products to little craft shops that sell Swazi goods. They are the shops that all the tourists visit!

We had a great time. I drove, Dudu navigated, and Angela was the accountant. We visited five businesses and we were very efficient. Dudu had everything organized and sorted. We ate a lovely lunch at Ngwenya Glass factory and then we stopped for some Swazi chocolates.

Dudu and Angela (or Helen Pons) will go back next month to collect the earnings from the sales. We had a lovely "ladies' day", and I know Dudu enjoyed it too, even though it was "work".

On the way back to Siteki, we had to drop Dudu off at an all night vigil for her cousin that passed away in a house fire. We stopped in and paid our condolences to the widow. I also know the deceased's sister (one of the Sukumani sewing members). Dudu will stay up all night singing and praying with members of the community and then the funeral is tomorrow morning.

Angela the accountant, Dudu the artist, and Liz the driver/organizer outside The Royal Swazi Sun hotel.

Making one of our deliveries :)
