Left orbital cellulitis on day of presentation |
Attempted right gaze on day of presentation. The patient was unable to adduct the left eye. There was no relative afferent pupillary defect. |
Day 2 |
X-ray 2 days after presentation. There is complete opacification of the left maxillary sinus and significant opacification of the left ethmoids. |
Day 5. Patient is much improved! |
